How large can my model be?

That differs per machine and is listed in millimetres on the machines page. If your model does not fit anywhere, you see that when you upload it, before you order anything.

What does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated at checkout. You see the methods and rates for your address there before you pay.

Can I send in any file?

Only files you hold the rights to. We do not print models of protected characters, even when the file is freely available. You confirm this at upload.

Your file is sliced and waits for a build plate.

Printing
Layer by layer, on the printer that suits your piece. How long that takes depends on its height and shape.

Finishing
Resin is washed, the supports come off and the piece is post-cured under UV light. On FDM the supports come off and the piece is checked.

Packed
Packed for shipping, with enough protection for what is inside.

Shipped
Handed to the carrier. You get an email, with the tracking code if there is one.
