Shipping and delivery
Everything is printed in Wijchen after you order; nothing is in stock. Below are the rates as the shop charges them today, and what we do and do not promise about delivery times.

Free shipping applies from the subtotal including VAT. At checkout you see the method and rate for your address; that amount applies.
Credits are digital: nothing is shipped, they are on your balance right after payment.

Delivery time
Every piece is printed only after you order. That is why we work with an expected time rather than a fixed delivery date; if production runs late, we let you know.
Once your parcel has shipped you get an email, with the tracking code if the carrier provides one. You can also follow your order on the order status page.
Damage and returns
If something arrives damaged, email us a photo at info@huedcast.com.
