design your own
From photo to 3D model, and then to the printer
With the AI designer you make a 3D model from photos online: upload up to 4 photos of the same object and usually within a few minutes you have a model you can rotate, scale and have printed. The result is nearly right, not a copy: you judge it in the viewer before you order anything. We make the print in resin, in one colour.

From photo to print, in four steps
Impression01
Photo or description
Upload up to 4 photos of the same object, from different angles. No photo? Describe in plain words what you want; the AI makes a 3D model from text too.
02
Standard or premium
Standard is for checking whether your photo works, premium is the model you have printed. It is ready within minutes.
03
Judge it in 3D
Turn the model around in the viewer. Almost right? Make it in premium; the first time you only pay the difference.
04
Have it printed
Choose size, material and colour. You see the price right away, and after you order it is printed in Wijchen.
two levels
Standard or premium
Standard
1 credit
A quick try to see whether the photo works. Softer, less detail; not meant for printing.
usually 1 to 2 minutes
Premium
4 credits
The model you will print: fine details, crisp edges, real texture.
usually 2 to 6 minutes, longer when busy
what it costs
Credits up front, the print separately
You pay for a design with credits: standard costs 1 credit, premium 4 credits. Credits come in packs; the bigger the pack, the lower the price per credit.
- 20 credits20credits5 premium designs, or 20 tries€5.00€0.25 per credit
- 50 credits50credits12 premium designs, or 50 tries€10.00€0.20 per credit
- 120 credits120credits30 premium designs, or 120 tries€20.00€0.17 per credit
The print is paid separately, like any order. The price depends on size and material and shows next to your model as soon as it is ready.
All packs and termswhat you get
A model that is yours
The design is yours
What you make with the AI designer is yours. It is kept so you can have it printed again, and never used for other customers.
Failed costs nothing
If a design fails, or the model rejects your photo, your credit comes back and you try again.
Refined by hand
Almost right, but not quite? A modeller refines it: a detail added, a part removed, dimensions that fit. On quote.
Have it refinedMade to order, so no returns
The print is made for you alone, so the right of withdrawal does not apply. If the print itself is faulty, the print-fault policy covers it.
what works
What works well, and what does not
This goes well
- One clear object on a calm background: a figurine, a tool, a shoe, a toy animal.
- Shapes with volume. Round and blocky objects come out better than thin, flat things.
- More photos of the same object: the back is then no longer a guess.
- A model you then work on further in the studio: scaling, a base, measuring, variants.
This does not work (yet)
- A true likeness of a face. The model resembles the person, but it is not a portrait.
- Dimensionally accurate parts. The proportions are usually right, the millimetres are not.
- Glass, mirroring metal, thin wires and small text.
- Several objects in one photo: the AI makes one blend of them.
Does it have to be exact or really look alike? Then our modeller makes the model, on quote, with two revision rounds. To the 3D modeling service

How to get the best model
One object
No group, no hands holding it.
Calm background
A plain wall or table; nothing busy behind it.
Good light
Daylight or even lamp light, without hard shadows or flash.
Fully in frame
The whole object with some space around it, not cut off.
Several photos
The same object, from different angles, in similar light.
questions
Frequently asked questions
- Do I need an account?
- To design, yes: credits belong to an account, and that is how you find your designs again. Browsing and checking prices works without one.
- How long does a design take?
- Standard usually 1 to 2 minutes, premium usually 2 to 6 minutes. Longer when it is busy.
- What if I do not like the result?
- If a design fails, your credit comes back. If it worked but is not what you wanted, try other photos or a hint, or have it refined by hand.
- Who owns the model?
- You do. No rights are claimed on it, it is not sold as a product and not used for other customers.
- What does the print cost?
- A fixed price per size class in resin, from €23.95 per piece; you see it with your model as soon as it is ready, before you order anything.
